Please read these terms carefully

These terms form the contract between you (the participant) and Pub Crawl Budapest, operated by AllNightCrash. By booking, you accept them. They are governed by Hungarian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

We may update these terms when needed. Bookings made before a change are covered by the terms in force at the time of booking.

1. Booking

A booking becomes a confirmed contract once we have received your payment (online) or a confirmed booking reference (phone or email).

Regular Pub Crawl: book online any time before the tour, or pay on the spot at the meeting point.
Private Pub Crawl: book up to 24 hours before the start.
Other private tours (beer tour, wine tour, trendy bar tour, etc.): book up to 48 hours before the start.

We may decline any booking at our discretion. Until your booking is confirmed, we may change advertised prices.

2. Prices and payment

For online bookings, the price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay — the tour price plus the booking fee. There is nothing extra to add on top.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We charge in Hungarian Forint (HUF); any euro price shown is an approximation based on the exchange rate, so the exact HUF amount may differ slightly.

The price covers the tour only. Travel to Budapest, food, and accommodation are not included.

For private tours, we may ask for a deposit when you book; we will tell you the amount and terms before you pay.

3. Our money-back guarantee (Regular Pub Crawl)

We want every guest to have a great night. If you join the Regular Pub Crawl and you simply didn't enjoy it, we give you your money back — the full amount you paid, including the booking fee.

There is no self-service cancellation button. Just email info@pubcrawlbudapest.hu and tell us what happened. A real person reads every message and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Refunds are processed manually, so allow a little time for it to appear on your statement. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

4. Cancellations and changes

Regular Pub Crawl: to change or cancel, email or call us. Because of our money-back guarantee, you are protected if the night doesn't live up to it — see section 3.

Private tours: these are arranged individually. Any deposit may be non-refundable, and cancellations close to the start date may be charged in full. We confirm the exact cancellation terms with you in writing before you pay.

All change and cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@pubcrawlbudapest.hu or by phone.

5. Changes or cancellation by us

In rare cases beyond our control, or if too few people book, we may change the date or time of a tour or cancel it. If we cancel a tour through our own fault, we refund you in full on request. We are not responsible for other costs (such as travel or accommodation) booked around the tour.

We may remove any participant who behaves dangerously, damages property, or puts others at risk, and we may stop serving alcohol to anyone. No refund is due in these cases.

6. Age and ID

Our tours are 18+. Bring a valid passport or driving licence — venues check ID and may refuse entry without it. Anyone under 18 may only attend with a responsible adult, must not drink alcohol, and may not enter clubs.

7. Your safety and conduct

Our tours involve alcohol and an active night out. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being. We do not encourage excessive drinking or any dangerous activity, and we are not liable if you drink too much or take part in risky behaviour and come to harm as a result.

You must obey Hungarian law. You are responsible for any damage or loss you cause, and must settle it directly with the venue or supplier. We may end the tour for anyone who causes danger, distress, or damage, with no refund.

8. Health

If you have any illness, disability, or medical condition we should know about, please tell us when you book so we can take reasonable care. We are not medical providers and cannot take responsibility for undisclosed conditions.

9. Insurance and personal property

You and your belongings are at all times at your own risk. We recommend you arrange your own travel and personal insurance.

10. Complaints

If something is wrong during the tour, tell your guide straight away so they can try to fix it on the spot. If it can't be resolved, email us within 7 days of the tour.

11. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. In short: we use your details to take and run your booking, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to access or delete it at any time.

Please note: Taking part in our tours is voluntary and at your own risk. Our guides are experienced professionals, but neither Pub Crawl Budapest nor its guides are liable for injury to you or your property during a tour, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability. Guides may refuse participation to anyone, for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
