Our money-back guarantee

We want every guest to have a great night. If you join the pub crawl and you simply didn't enjoy it, we'll give you your money back — the full amount you paid, including the booking fee.

How to request a refund

There's no self-service cancellation button to find. Just email us at info@pubcrawlbudapest.hu and tell us what went wrong. A real person reads every message.

Once we've heard from you, we issue a full refund of your all-in total — the ticket price and the booking fee — back to the card you paid with. Refunds are processed manually, so allow a little time for it to appear on your statement.

What "full refund" means

The refund covers the entire amount charged to your card at checkout. We don't keep the booking fee or any part of the total.
